Bo Geerts
Bo Geerts (2004, Belgium) is a visual artist, fashion photographer and art director. She is currently pursuing an academic bachelor's degree at LUCA School of Arts, campus C-mine in Genk. From a young age, she has been drawn to creating and finding ways to give shape to her emotions. That drive to visualize and express eventually grew into a passion for photography, a medium through which she seeks to balance beauty, emotion, and self-expression.
In her work, Bo Geerts combines a dreamy, colorful visual language with deeper, often personal themes. She draws inspiration from femininity, identity, and the relationship between humans, nature, and animals, subjects that hold deep meaning for her. Her photographs often emerge intuitively, born from emotions or experiences she seeks to understand and translate into staged, often fashion-related imagery. In doing so, she makes her inner world visible and creates stories that feel both intimate and relatable.
